    Hi,
    My name is Jordana. I am just about to turn 23. I recently graduated from the Child & Youth Worker Program at Niagara College. I have learned a variety of topics relating to children, youth & families. As a requirement we are to complete three placements out in the community, my three were at Crossroads Public School, R. I. S. E Outreach Program & Pathstone Mental Health. I am great at thinking on my feet and finding creative things to do. I have a puppy named Hans and I love taking him for walks and teaching him new tricks. I enjoy boating out in Lake Erie in my free time. I love volunteering out in the community. I am getting married this August to my amazing fiance Jordan. He works as a farmer on his families vineyard. Family is incredibly important to us, it always comes first. We recently started Geo-caching as a fun daily activity that brings us to knew places around the city.
