I have had the time to write and compose several songs, which is what I went to university for but wasn't able to finish my degree due to life changes. My family became my priority and I have changed for the better because of it, but I am now very much enjoying my first love, music. I am delighted to see it influencing my own children's interest in music, as they like to tinker around on the different instruments at home. I guide them in a natural, non-forceful way to learn how to use the instruments. They like "composing" their own songs from time to time.

Since I have 2 of my own, I understand how they need support and comfort to be self-confident and happy. I love creativity and seeing how that is expressed from a very young age. I love making kids laugh and being silly to help them feel safe and comfortable. Reading to children is one of my favourite things to do. I have learned through my own experiences what children need at different stages in their life. I am confident in my ability to provide that for a child.
