I am an enthusiastic and capable university student looking for a summer job. I started working as a babysitter when I was 12 years old. Since then, I have gone on to take care of children in church Sunday schools, work at two day homes, become a leader of the preschool aged cubbies at AWANNA club, worked full-time at a daycare, and be a nanny to three children last summer.
At the daycare, I primarily took care of the babies ranging from 4 months old to 18 months old. My duties involved basic care of the children, as well as actively updating parents.
As a nanny, I took care of three children ranging from 2 years old to 5 years old. My daily routine consisted of getting them ready for the day, dressing, changing diapers, and baths. I also prepared a healthy breakfast and lunch each day for the kids. In addition, I fostered a fun learning environment through daily outings and arts and crafts activities.
I am creative and enjoy fostering a fun and safe environment for children. I am also Standard Child Care First Aid & CPR certified.
